From my childhood to today, more than 40 years have passed since I became familiar with this job and profession and I love it. The sound of the camera's barrel is still enjoyable to me, the damp and dark darkroom with my father and our agrandis, the development medicine, the proof. When I became a teenager, I saw and understood the meaning of light, color, photos and photography with my own eyes, what a photo is and how it is created. How proud I was of my father's job and myself, the child of this father, how much I enjoyed what I saw and touched, seeing a photo being printed from start to finish and understanding how a photo can be printed dark or light, contrast or olive.
Oh, those were beautiful times and their memories will stay with me as long as I live. From those years to today, there has not been a moment when I have been tired of repeating this most enjoyable job in the world (printing and developing photos) and I always love this repetition.
I have been floating in this repetition for almost half a century and have tried to be the best at every moment and, following my father's advice, not to see this art as just a business and to always try to be an art that does not add to the previous art and to be the rightful heir to what my father created and handed down to me.
